Estimator Responsibilities:

  • Identify, confirm and offer resolutions to customer concerns.
  • Estimate repair needs to customer based on vehicle inspection.
  • Serve as the communication between the customer and the technician.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Write accurate repair orders & estimates using ProfitNet ADP
  • Write accurate Estimates utilizing the three major estimating systems: Pathways, Mitchell, Audatex

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication & time management skills.
  • Typing & basic computer skills to enter repair orders.
  • Mathematics to calculate service costs and count change.
  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Automotive Service Technician

Responsibilities:

The Automotive Service Technician is responsible for swiftly and accurately performing automotive repairs and service in accordance with store and factory standards while ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.
  • Diagnose cause of malfunction.
  • Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
  • Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
  • Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results & time, per company recording & clocking procedures.
  • Responsible for providing and maintaining an inventory of normal mechanics tools.

Qualifications:

  • Prior automotive repair experience preferred
  • ASE and manufacturer certification, desired
  • A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

  • Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options and store policies and services to customers.

  • Keep abreast of new products, features and accessories. Attend product and training courses.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in automotive sales, is a plus.

Responsibilities:

The Business Development Center (BDC) Administrator is responsible for developing, processing, managing, following up and tracking all customers as it pertains to parts, service and sales departments within the dealership.

  • Gather accurate customer information to create a database for continual follow-up and retention
  • Build and maintain knowledge of product information, current sales pricing, and dealership and manufacturer events and promotions.
  • Utilize computer & phone skills within our Internet department to increase appointments, sales and customer retention.
  • Schedule solid appointments with customer call-ins, lists of sold and unsold floor traffic, previous customers, referrals, other generic leads and service and parts customers.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to present information in a clear and professional manner.
  • Ability to manage one's own time effectively.
